iPhone: Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ Vent2Me โ
Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing
period.
I was charged but the app isn't working โ what now?

Email us at support@vent2me.app with your Apple ID or receipt
and we'll prioritize your case. Billing issues are usually
resolved within 24 hours.
Is my data and venting history private?

Yes โ your privacy is important to us. Your content is stored
securely and is not shared with third parties. You can delete
your account and all associated data at any time from the app
settings.
How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email
and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check spam
if you don't see it.
How long do refunds take?

App Store refunds are processed by Apple. Visit Apple's Report
a Problem page to request one. Once approved, refunds
